Every dish is part of our story. Chef Rosa and our kitchen brigade prepare every plate fresh to order, with no pre-cooked ingredients. Stuffed pasta, freshly baked bread every morning and our long-fermentation pizza dough are all handmade in-house using exceptional ingredients from Basilicata and the Adriatic.

We don't use pre-made dishes: everything is made fresh in the kitchen to order. Wait times may be slightly longer, but it's always worth it.
